Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable)

  • Opened products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, makeup accessories).

Return Process

  • Notification: Send an email to info@wyzbox.com within 14 days, stating your order number.
  • Address: The support team will provide you with the exact return address.
  • RMA Form: Complete the form included in the package and attach it visibly to the parcel.
  • Shipping: Send the product within 14 days after receiving the address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refund: After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

Costs and Deductions

  • If the return is initiated by you (within 14 days), the buyer bears the shipping costs; we refund the product value and the initial standard shipping fee.
  • In case of defects or non-conformities, we cover all return costs and refund all amounts paid.
  • A deduction of up to 30% may apply for damaged packaging. If the product shows signs of use, a refund is not possible.
