Here’s how our return policy works: within 30 days of receiving the physical products purchased from our store, you can return them and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases if:
(a) You received a product with damaged or broken packaging;
(b) You received a defective or damaged product;
(c) You received the wrong item;
(d) You changed your mind and want to return an unused and unopened product;
We offer this 30-day return policy only for physical products purchased on this site. If you purchased similar products from other sellers, please check the site from which you bought them for their return policies, as they may be subject to the seller’s policy over which we have no control.

Within 14 days of receiving the products
- If you notify us that you want to return the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the products, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. **Shipping costs are non-refundable.** After we receive the purchased product in accordance with our terms, we will refund the entire purchase amount, including the product price and initial shipping fee. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable if you chose a non-standard shipping option, such as express delivery.
After 14 days, but no later than 30 days
- If you notify us that you want to return the purchased products after 14 days but no later than 30 days from receiving the products, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. **Shipping costs are non-refundable.** After we receive the purchased product in accordance with our terms, we will refund the product price. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable after returning the product more than 14 days after receiving it.
Steps to Return a Product
Step #1: Contact our customer support team by sending an email to office.exprescolet@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the products. Provide our customer support team with your full name, email address, and order number, briefly describing the reason for the return.
Step #2: Our customer support team will respond to your request within 3 business days. If your return request meets the terms and conditions set out in this Return Policy and the Terms of Service, we will send you a return form (Return Merchandise Authorization, "RMA") to complete. Return address:

Note that returns are only accepted after completing the RMA form. We are not responsible for orders sent without previously completing the RMA form, and such returns cannot be processed.
Step #3: Repackage the product securely, attach the provided RMA form in a visible place on the package, and send us the products you will be returning to the address indicated on the RMA form. Non-defective items must be returned in the manufacturer's condition, in the original packaging, and undamaged. For defective items, contact our customer support team before arranging the return.
Step #4: Complete the RMA form by entering the tracking number of the returned package and the shipping company's name. Returns without tracking numbers may be rejected by our warehouse, so be sure to use registered mail or another shipping method with tracking.
Step #5: After we receive the returned products and inspect them, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Once the refund is issued, it typically appears in your bank account statements within 3-5 business days. The refund will be sent back to the original payment source you used to pay for the order.
